How to pay us
Currently, all payments are in cash or by bank transfer.
The nearest ATM to us is at Elektrisola (3 minutes drive back towards Genting Sempah)
All bank transfers should be made to Maybank, 562478136797, Radiant Retreats. Please include email notification to info@radiant-retreats.com, or other proof of payment.
Cheques should be made out to "Radiant Retreats Sdn. Bhd.".
GETTING TO RADIANT RETREATS, JANDA BAIK

Using GOGGLE MAPS or WAZE
For Site A, search for Radiant Retreats, Janda Baik.
For Site B, search for Radiant Site B, Janda Baik.
From Kuala Lumpur, enter the DUKE highway (E33) from any direction. Follow DUKE in the direction of Genting Highlands and Kuantan. DUKE becomes Lebuhraya Karak after Gombak. Follow Lebuhraya Karak for 22km towards Kuantan. (Please drive carefully as the road is scenic and large, but windy.)
After 22 kms, you will go through the 500m long Genting Tunnel. 700m after the tunnel, take Exit 803 which will U-turn over the highway to the Genting Sempah R&R stop, 300 meters away. Take the left turn JUST AFTER Petronas petrol station, go past McDonalds on your left, to the large roundabout behind Mc Donalds. Take left on the roundabout.
Follow this road (Route 68) for 4.5 kms towards Janda Baik. After 4.5 kms you will reach a junction with a large wooden arch ("pintu gerbang") over the road, welcoming you to Janda Baik. There are many resort signages here. Turn right and take the road going uphill under the arch.
From this point, it is 2.7 km road to Radiant Retreats without turning left / right.
- At 400m, pass Hutan Lipur Konifer on your left
- Another 600m, pass Tanah Rimba resort on your right
- Another 700m, pass Jalan Damai 1 on your right
- Another 500m, pass by Elephant Tusks and Jalan Sum Sum Hilir on your left
(many resort signposted here)
- Another 200m, pass through Kampung Sum Sum Hilir with eating stalls
- Another 100m, go over Sungai Sum Sum (river). Slow down here!
- Another 150m you will see a landscaped fishpond on your right with signages for Radiant Retreats Site A, Wawa Fun Valley and Orchard Villa.
If your destination is Radiant Retreats Site A, then carefully turn right into Fishpond carpark (watch for on-coming vehicles). Park and please walk on to Kathy’s Kitchen for registration for any activities. It’s 80 meters along the path next to the fishpond.
If you are checking in to Forest Lodge, Mountain Lodge or Orchard Villa, call the number of the staff member who has been assigned to check you in, and they will come and lead you up to your accommodation.
If your destination is Radiant Site B, continue for another 7kms (around 15 minutes) along the main road. You will pass Kampung Cherengin, then a 3 way junction with big Supermarket (this is halfway, continue straight), UMNO's ILMU center and signages for Sailor's Rest. Continue to drive straight past the Sailor's Rest sign, and in around 100m you will see a Radiant Retreats Site B sign on the right along the main road.
